feon’imerina radio station

Feon’imerina is the place where we host. We are three English lovers holding an English radio show in there every Saturday from 7:15 pm (local time) and it lasts one hour. Feon’imerina means the voice of Imerina. And Imerina is the big area of Antananarivo Madagascar. The wave of this radio covers mainly the whole area of Antananarivo. And guess what! Move and Win is the only broadcast using foreign language within the whole program of the radio. The general manager doesn’t allow foreign songs to be aired. Lucky us! Not only, we are the only broadcast in a foreign language but also we deal with rock songs.  That could be great if you guys can listen to our awesome show which is aired in real time. Hope you guys will have the opportunity to enjoy that some day. So far, what I can offer you that pic which shows where feon’imerina is. I got that one from google earth. Move and Win show

Move and Win is an English speaking radio show which is a co-production from ICE club and Feon’Imerina radio.

ICE club is a Malagasy English club which stands for “I‘m Crazy about English” and has a wide variet of activities, such as:

• ICE meeting, every Saturday from 10 to 12 noon (Madagascar time) at EPP Analakely, classroom 11;
• ICE web site: http://www.iceclub-mada.com ;
• Sounds like Theater, a radio show in English which is broadcasted every Saturday from 04.30 to 06.00pm (Madagascar time) on Radio Mada (FM 100.8);
• and of course … Move and Win!

Feon’Imerina radio is a Malagasy radio which broadcasts on FM 101.6 and favors the cultural wealth of Imerina. The phone number of the radio station is: + 261 20 22 342 38.

This show aims to promote English language through Rock music.
